Wes was a total professional, very knowledgeable and respectful every single time we interacted with him. I would fully endorse and recommend Wes for any future remodeling projects you may have. I would consider him a master craftsman.

Five Star Bath Solutions did a remarkable job updating my shower!!! Wes is a master craftsman and perhaps the most pleasant, respectful workman I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!

This 5 star review is for the installer, Wes only...not the company. Wes was timely, professional and took his time to ensure we had a well constructed, well sealed shower bench. The new bench is much better looking and better built than the previous one.My husband and I are giving the company only 2 stars. The reason for this is because it took the company 11 months to fix a warranty issue and we had to initiate every follow up (many, many phone calls and emails). We understand that the current owner of 5 Star Bath in Austin inherited our issue along with other installation issues from the previous owners. With that being said, that should not have impacted customer service for our warranty issue to such a degree that we had to call multiple times over many months and practically beg for a resolution. All in all 5 Star Bath DID honor our warranty and Wes did an incredible job.

Apparently the "lifetime" warranty is only a selling point. After 3 years we're now having issues that need to be addressed. We've sent an email back on 07/19/2023. No response. I've called 5 times since then and every agent I've spoken with told me they were escalating the issue to the Warranty Department. It's now 08/27/2023 and there as been no contact/calls from the Warranty Department. After spending more than 10k on our bathroom I expected much more than this. Highly disappointed in this company.
